Joseph J. The office strives to get matters completed in a timely manner and obtain the best financial outcome possible for each individual client. Income and expenses are analyzed to determine what the guideline child support amount is appropriate for clients who are dealing with court imposed support obligations. Attorney Shainess is also very sensitive to custodial issues that may arise in divorce and makes sure that each client is afforded a parenting plan that provides them with the maximum time possible with their children both during and after the divorce case is finalized. He encourages clients to attempt to mediate disputes and reach amicable agreements as an alternate to a fully contested court trial. He tries to make the divorce experience as comfortable as possible.
